This notice concerns the group website and enquiries sent to the above address. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG) applies. The EU GDPR also applies where its Article 3 conditions are met.
Website delivery and security
The website is delivered through Sites. Technical connection information, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure for delivery, reliability and security. This page does not claim that such processing takes place exclusively in Switzerland.
Email enquiries
When you email us, we process the contact details, message and attachments you provide to respond and discuss the requested services. Providing these details is voluntary; without the information needed for your enquiry, we may be unable to respond. Email transmission is not guaranteed to be confidential; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data.
Legal bases where GDPR applies
Enquiries from prospective contracting individuals are handled under Article 6(1)(b); business-contact correspondence and website security under Article 6(1)(f), based on our interests in communication and reliable operation. Legal retention obligations fall under Article 6(1)(c). Where consent is relied on, Article 6(1)(a) applies and consent can be withdrawn for the future.
Recipients and international processing
Hosting and email service providers may process data for their respective functions. If an enquiry needs another country team, only the information needed for that purpose should be shared. International processing must satisfy applicable safeguards, including FADP Articles 16–17 and, where applicable, GDPR Chapter V. Specific hosting recipients, processing countries and transfer arrangements remain subject to verification before public launch.
Retention
Enquiry records should be retained only as needed to deal with the enquiry, resulting agreements and relevant claims. Statutory recordkeeping obligations can require longer retention; data no longer needed must be deleted or anonymised. The hosting provider’s exact technical-log retention period has not yet been confirmed.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and its conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to hoi@navilin.ch; proportionate identity verification may be necessary. The site code performs no profiling or automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Supervisory authorities
You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB). Where GDPR applies, you may complain to a competent EU/EEA supervisory authority, particularly in your habitual residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement.

Cookie settings
We use necessary technology to run this website and remember your choice. Optional analytics, advertising and external media are currently not used. You can accept all, reject all optional services or customise your settings.
There are currently no optional services to enable. Accept all, Reject all and Save settings therefore keep only necessary features active. Your choice does not authorise any services added in the future.
After you choose, we store your selection, the settings version and an expiry date in this browser’s local storage under site_cookie_preferences_v1 for up to 180 days. This record contains no user identifier and is not sent to our server. No preference is saved before you choose. If browser storage is blocked, the notice may appear again on another page.
You can change or delete your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Settings are separate for each website. The panel does not control the hosting provider’s necessary security storage or connection logs. New optional services require an updated notice and a new choice before activation.
